Concept: A Self Service Automated Kiosk for clients to drop off dirty clothes meant for dry cleaning, and for them to pick up those items from the same kiosk days later. Clients will encounter an automated touch display that will be able to input customers information including Name, Phone, Address, and Email. Customers will need to be able to pay for their order as they pick up, or as they drop off.
Software Needed:
POS Software for a Touchscreen Display to be operated by customers themselves. User Interface will need to be created and programmed that will make it was for customers to input their personal information, order information, and Payment information. Software must encompass all operations needed for the successful running of multiple kiosks across the world. Software must include inventory control and delivery control of clothing items. All orders must be recorded and saved for future retrieval from customers. Software must also be able to control various operations on the kiosk. (Conveyor, Electric Locks, Hydrolic Levers, Lighting & Sound)
Software must be able to incorporate Website and Mobile APP support for customers to find kiosk locations, receive order status information, purchase credits, and take orders.
Operating System Preference: 1. Apple (Mac) 2. Linux 3. Windows
