Need an online app for surveys at client location. 50 plus a4 size forms (just for you to assume) and a cms where data can be updated on Web backend. Native app where data collected offline synchronized when online. Should track real time location using gps from the web backend. In one field location should be entered during survey. QUOTE YOUR MAXIMUM. NO CHANGES IN QUOTE DURING DISCUSSION. QUOTE ONLY IF YOU HAVE ENOUGH EXPERIENCE. MUST ABLE TO SHOW 'YOUR' WORK. DO NOT WASTE MY TIME
