Hi, I am an Android developer with more than 3 years of experience in using Android Studio, and more than 18 years of experience in Java development. I am interested in knowing more details about this project. As far as I understood, you need an Android app that fetches mobile numbers and messages from an MS Excel file (in order to send the messages over Whatsapp). Is that correct? Where would that MS Excel file be located? KR.
