Vermont Beer Passport App

Vermont Beer Passport App Note: this project is in the information-gathering phase and is posted in order to estimate cost. Build will not begin until December 2015 at the earliest. Efficient, well-organized code is essential, as this project will serve as the basis for other similar apps. A background in design and intuitive UI are equally important. The basic premise of the app is to translate the paper Vermont Beer Passport ([login to view URL]) to mobile devices, allowing the user to navigate to and check in at breweries. Breweries are able to access their visitors’ user information (name, email, date/time of visit), and can create an auto-generated email when a user checks in. Stage II of the project will add wineries and distilleries. Job description: Build iOS and android app and database Build App-based or web-based CMS: • To allow producers (breweries) to log in, download check-in data (username, email, date/time of visit), view check-in metrics (by day, month, year) and setup an auto-email response to a check-in. • To allow an admin to add/modify producer information (logo, description, social media, location, hours) See mock-up pages for a sense of the feature list.
