Write an Android application for Listing Taxi and Passengers in real-time

The proposed Android app lists all cabs offering rides and passengers who seek rides. The app on installation will ask the user whether Taxi or passenger on a split screen. Depending on sign-up subsequent logs will automatically sign them into the module(taxi or passenger) as initially chosen. Users have an option to log-off and re log-in. Only one module can be used at a time. The landing page for both modules will be the map listing all cabs and hails in real time. Cabs are yellow dots and passengers are blue dots. Before arriving the landing page users will be shown message "Choose and board only Taxi's and Service Provider's who are licensed by the local authorities to offer such services. Choose at your own risk. This is for your safety and local compliance" Press OK to proceed to landing page. Taxi would be shown the message. "Only Taxi's and Service providers licensed and authorized by local authorities may offer Services. Are you locally licensed?" with two options yes and no. Yes would forward to landing page. No will prompt the messge. "Unlicensed users may no list services" with an OK button. Pressing the same will close the app. Taxi users. Once logged in they have to press Go Online to list their location on the app. On going online the map will list all passengers(blue dots) and Cabs(yellow dots) in the vicinity with the map centered on the location of the user. Users have an option to browse to browse adjoining areas with a recenter button option to automatically center the cab location on the map. Only if cab presses online will the map auto-center the map based on the cab location other-wise the initial location shall be default. Cab positions are listed real time with a 5 min timer that may be refreshed in the last minute for another 5 mins. If not refreshed the cab goes offline. automatically. The online button changes into go offline button when taxi is online for manually going offline. Passenger users. On Logging in and arriving on the landing page. A button on the landing page "Broadcast Hail". The option will list the hail on the map with a timer of 60 seconds. The same may be refresed in the last 10 sec. If not the hail is removed on expiry. The top portion of the app must have a menu button. The menu will have the options Profile and Log Out. The app needs to have facebook and google sign-up and manual sign-up. Taxi needs to provide. Name, Email, Tel initially and on signing in for the first time Address, Country, Vehicle Manufacturer, Vehicle Model and Year of Manufacture needs to be obtained. An edit option from the profile button may edit such details. Passenger only need to provide Name, Email, Tel, country. The app should have aesthetic appeal like taxi beat(recomended check out app before commencement of job) and should be scalable to handle large number of users. and Map -listing needs to be dynamc on a real-time basis. Logo and theme design like taxi beat needs to be included in the quote.
