Write an Android application (Mortgage Calculator)

This is a mortgage calculator that runs on Android Phones with the latest Android Versions and Older Versions going back 2 years. This program must be written using Visual Studio 2013 or newer and in C# and I will need all the code for this project so I can modify it later. Do not put your name as the author anywhere in the code. Commenting should be used as well about each method and class. The color theme and font is up to you. The layout is also up to you so long as you follow the screen structure below. The program should be called application icon should be titled "Personal Mortgage Calculator" Housing Cost Section (Screen 1) Loan Amount Mortgage Rate Loan Period Utilites Cable/Internet Miscellaneous House Expenses Other Cost Section (Screen 2) Groceries Cars/Insurance/Gas Credit Cards Cell Phones Family Recreation Personal Spending 1 Personal Spending 2 School Loans Other Loans Miscellaneous Other Income Section (Screen 3) Income 1 Income 2 Calculate Button Results Screen (Screen 4) Cost Per Month Total Total Income Percentage of Cost to Income Edit Button (Opens a 5th Screen To Select One Of The Other Screens 1-3 To Edit the values) This 5th Screen Has A Cancel Button to Return You To Screen 4 Everything should save if possible so the next time the application is run the values from the last run will exist I need a UML Diagram for each class and a 1 page explanation of what happens at runtime meaning what class is running first and what classes or methods are being used when screen 2 3 4 and 5 are created.
