Write an iPhone application

It is micro database project, please serious freelancer give the bid, it has only 6 pages. I need very simple app, first page will have two button, if you click on admin button, you will see the page where you can add the information about student like name,phone,address etc. You can delete it as well. Reset means all data will be deleted. As you entered the data, you will come on the first page, and you can click on check in, as you click on check in you will see the entered students names with checkboxes. ONLY name and checkboxes. If admin tick the checkbox and leave one or two or any n number of checkboxes one sms will sent to the respective students that "you are not in the class" and app will move to the main page. see the screenshot for more detail.
