Comet chat Web Interface

We are a learning app company and our learning app will have an in-app chat interface from wherein the students will chat with their Study Coaches. The Study Coaches will have a Web Interface to send/receive chats to the students. There needs to be a web application for this, built using React/NextJS frontend, NextJS backend and MongoDB as the database. For chat management, Comet Chat SDK/API is to be used. ### User Profiles 1. Admin 1. Create/Edit/Delete more users of each kind (even more Admins can be added) 2. View all Chat Conversations between any student and coach, and send/receive chats for every conversation 3. Map/Unmap Students to Study Coaches 2. Study Coach 1. View the conversation and chat with all the students that they’re mapped to ### Modules **Auth Module** 1. Login 2. Forgot & Reset Password 3. ACL (to give specific modules access to specific user types. e.g., Only Admins get access to Student and Study Coach mappings) 4. Logout **User Management Module** 1. List all Users 2. Create new users 3. Edit existing users (name, email, password) 4. Remove existing users (if a Study coach is being removed then there needs to be an additional step of assigning all the Students mapped to the Study Coach to other Study Coaches) **Student Mapping Module** 1. Map students to a study coach by providing a mobile number (of the student) 2. View all the existing mappings with each Study Coach 3. Re-map any student to any other Study Coach **Conversations** **Module** 1. View the list of conversations, ordered by Last Action (conversations that have the most recent message sent or received, appear at the top) 2. Send/Receive messages with: text, basic formatting (Bold, italic, underline, line breaks), links, images, GIFs, emojis, videos, documents (PDF only) 3. Admins to see all the conversations 4. Study Coaches to see only mapped student conversations 5. Reply to any specific message in the conversation (similar to reply feature in Whatsapp)
