Marketing & Sales Business Partner (Joint Venture) ELECTRONIC MUSIC INDUSTRY We are an expanding independent record label, seeking an Marketing & Sales Business Partner (Joint Venture) to manage our social networks, marketing, sales to increase both parties revenue. WHAT WE OFFERS: both parties sign a joint venture agreement, each receive their share of the profits from the venture and the joint venture shares mutual control WHO WE ARE: We have an excellent catalog of HOME MUSIC with more than 2,000 SINGLE songs, available in digital and physical formats (MP3, Vinyl records and CDs) “NOW ON SALE” on the best digital stores worldwide. We also have 30 years of experience in organizing festivals, public and private events. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The Marketing Business Partner we are looking for must value with great care to our extensive musical catalog created over the last 30 years. Our future Marketing Business Partner should also have a rough idea of all the expenses we have paid to contracted recording studios, singers, artists, sound engineers, advertising, graphic designers, distributors, Vinyl & CDs manufacturers and our trips around of the world, just to find our current contacts into the music industry and "Club Culture". All this aforementioned structure is our economic contribution to our "Joint Venture" Overview • Define and lead digital marketing strategy for releases, artists and the brand across all digital spaces • Continuously evaluate effectiveness of digital campaigns and activity • Collaborate and build day to day working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellence and integration of digital strategy • Deliver ground-breaking digital activations • Establish and maintain relationships with key partner accounts (including Spotify, Beatport, Google, Soundcloud, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, • Find new streaming platforms or online radios with a large number of followers, to promote our DJs and Artists. • Drive online innovations to position the ITCHYCOO RECORDS artists/DJs as industry leaders • Lead the day to day implementation of campaigns • Oversee new digital tools and contents • Work seamlessly across both the digital team and the artist label marketing team. Experience and personal characteristics: Electronic Music “LOVER” in all sub-genres from Chill Out, Funky House, Soulful, UK Garage, NU Disco, “HOUSE MUSIC”, Deep House, Tech House, Progressive House, TECHNO, TRANCE, D&B, EDM, Break-Beats + 80s - 90s Dance Music Classics. • At least 2 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in the electronic music industry: record label, entertainment brand or service. • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise and organise a varied and full workload • Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and external stakeholders • Innovative and creative thinking with the ability to share ideas, vision and plans with clarity to the wider team • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills • Excellent communication – written and verbal • Highly motivated, constantly creative and curious • Knowledge of digital technologies and marketing and interest in future developments. • VERY IMPORTANT: You should have verifiable experience in the music industry and social media.
