Write some Software (Simple Event Planner)

Hi everyone, I'm currently having a micro group project for our class where we need to make an event planner which has 3 modules (Event Calendar, Client, Budget). We already have some forms made (in NetBeans) and my only problem for the event planner is the Budget module. We are using SQL as a database (we have a schema ready with sample data). I'd like for the Budget module to populate the sample data from the database (excluding the client ID) with a function that can filter the table with the Client Names. I've attached a sample UI for the Budget module although it's not final yet, feel free to make changes to the UI. For interested freelancers, I will send our project file.
