hi, we are from India and i need with copyright and source code. i web-based prefer. i have one .mp3 file and excel sheet which contain 10000 number. i want software auto pick the number and when user pickup the call then this .mp3 file play. i prefer this web-based but if desktop then no issue. it should be free for sending and no charges occur required. thanks.
