Console App to ping hosts from files in a hotfolder using threading tasks

I need a windows console app to ping hosts. Its needs to be "Waiting" for files to be dropped into the hot folder as soon as there is a file in the folder the program starts to ping hosts. the failed pings need to be written to an output file and closed off after each file or after 250 failed hosts have been written. use Task Parallel Library. & Ping Async The files of host may contain any number of lines (hosts) up to 500,000 so you need to deal with the large amount of lines Nice simple C# code.
