Help Content Writer for a Suite of Software Applications - repost

Our business is all about airlines and their resource management. Our applications are all internet based (Work in Internet browser) written in SilverLight. We are looking for help authors with: 1- Track record with similar work. We expect you to provide samples of previous work and references when asked, not at first stage. 2- A high ranking in freelancer.com - successful bidders are likely to have an average rating of 5 across at least 5 previous similar projects. 3- Initiative and creativity: Preference will be given to those bidders that demonstrate these characteristics and explain development process in their bid. In other words we expect a proposal outlining how you will approach the job - not just a price. 4- The proposal with the lowest risk, long-term support and the best value will be chosen - NOT the lowest price.
