Get C++ .exe to run (teaching exercise) - repost

I do not have that much experience with C++, and require a .exe to run properly but I am facing some problems. The files build successfully and a .exe is generated, but it does not want to open (there are errors). Hi I have good experience for the c++ app crash, few possibiities are, 1) depedency dll missing, we can check this with dependency viewer 2) we can build with proper options 3) cross verify with debug mode please give more info on error.
