The description is a bit light but this are the steps that i would take to get it accomplish. -Discuss requirements and set a meeting to sign off on statement of work. -Acquire scope that can be coded in 30 days and leave app in useful state. -Work on Visual design and review. -Start the development phase with checkpoint every 5 days. -Complete the app within 30 days -Allow a 2 week guarantee period.
