SMS based ERP

Good day, we need someone who can develop an sms application that will permit us do the following. The SMS ERP should use an sms modem to send and receive messages WITHOUT the use of the internet. Some of the things we wish to do include the following. Placing Orders: We need customers to send text messages to place orders, and get automated response confirming that their order has been received and that an agent will contact them. Sales Report: Sales agents should be able to send SMS to register sales. Also, delivery report should be sent by sales/delivery agents to register deliveries and thereby complete a transaction. Customer Management: Here messages should be sent to individual customers or to a group of customers i.e. bulk SMS such as promotions, publicity, or special messages. A list of customers should therefore be available with the possibility of filtering them by different parameters. Complaint Management: This is where customers will send their complains and have them treated. NB: The director should be able to send SMS to get sales report for the day or week, get stock level, etc Stock Control: We want to be able to send SMS to verify the level of stock in each warehouse or town. We also need to be alerted once stock falls below a given quantity in a given location. Price Inquiry: This function permits the price of products to be known by customers by sending a text and receiving a response. Also, several filters should be in place to show customers with outstanding bills, undelivered orders, deliveries done, advanced payments, and customer transaction history.
