Asterisk Trixbox Tweaking

I need someone that can do a custom script for Trixbox. The script will allow real estate agents to call the PBX externally to record property descriptions. Clients will be able to call the PBX (externally) input a property number and have the property description played to them. They will then have the option to replay the property description, enter another property number, or talk to a real estate agent. The Real Estate agent must be able to call from the outside into the PBX, enter the property number (extension) and record/update the description.
