Zikula (formerly PostNuke) Expert Needed!

I love Zikula, formerly known as PostNuke, and I need someone experienced with the platform. I have been working on a large project by myself, for myself, but i need some help to speed things up, so I need someone to create some modules: The first module will be the video module, as outlined below. Video Module: This module needs to allow for users to create their own video galleries by uploading any video format. The module_user_main needs to be the collection of all user videos, with all the normal tube site stuff, sort, ratings, comments.. that part can be done by integrating with the EZComments module. The module_user_gallery needs to be the video gallery of a user's videos. Users must be able to update and delete their own videos. I also need a block or a plugin that will display a user's most recent 2 video thumbnails (with links to the video), that I can place on the user's profile page. I need a similar block or plugin to display the 2 most recently added videos on the site. If you can complete this task cost efficiently and in a timely manner, I will have a lot more work for you. I need a lot more modules after this... =)
