21061 Autosurf Accounting

I am currently operating the Auto Surf Pro traffic exchange script,purchased from createasite4u.com. I am looking to have a programmer write and install accounting tools that will allow the script to automatically perform the following: 1. Automatic member upgrades. - Currently the admin must manually input the member upgrades using E-gold and E-bullion after receiving spend confirmation emails from members and payment processors. - I would like this process to be automated, where member upgrades occur in real-time. I still would like to receive the confirmation email from the payment processors, verifying the members spends were deposited into my account. 2. Track each member upgrade independently and assign a expiration date. - Currently, the script will only allow one (1) upgrade expiration date to be input, which includes all spends regardless of when the upgrade occurred. In other words, when members upgrade and the admin manually changes the expiration date of the upgrade package, the change affects the all spends made into the program. I would like the each upgrade to have its own, separate, expiration date. This will be determined by the expiration date input into the admin control panel at the time of the upgrade. When each upgrade expires, the members' account will be reduced by that amount. 3. Generate a comprehensive payout list of members who requests payment. - Mass payout list should include member username, member number, amount requested, and date requested. 4. A balance sheet that shows/tracks the total amount of member spends into the program and payouts - This needs to be 2 separate information fields, so that supluses and deficits may be easily determined. I am looking to have these tasks started immediately and completed in urgent fashion.
