14243 keywords scraping

The PHP script needs to query overture keywords tool at: [login to view URL] then dig into the results for the next level keywords. It should collect only the keywords that have less then 1000 searches but no less then 100 searches. Next with the returned list it should query google with each keyword and return a list only of the keywords which have less then 500,000 competing sites. The competing sites number is found on top of the google search page like this: Results 1 - 100 of about 6,290,000. I'd prefer it to work without a DB. This script should be fairly easy to do for any experienced programmer. Please don't big high, I believe this job can be done cheap and quick. Thanks
