1 click, multi-source search website (google, yahoo, etc)

SUMMARY I would like to have someone develop a web site that is a multi-search resource w. one click access to the search results of the best search providers (Google, Yahoo, MSN, AltaVista, Ask Jeeves, AlltheWeb, and LookSmart). A model would be http://www.mysearch.com. THIS BID IS ONLY FOR THE INITIAL PHASE USING THE GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE ONLY. However, note that Google has several search sites: Web, Images, Groups, Directory, News and Froogle. I will have you add in other search engines in later phases. As with [login to view URL], you must return the results in a new page within the same domain, and NOT have the results from the Google web site be that page. FUNCTIONALITY (just like [login to view URL]) 1. Initial search page 2. Results page w. pagination retrieved and parsed from the Google site 3. Room for sponsored links 4. Module to input sponsored links according to key word searches 5. Just like google and mysearch, the results must be fast. SCALABILTY If you use the publicly available Google API, note that it only has a max of 1000 queries/day. I would like for this site to serve up at least 1 Million queries/day, so you will need to find a way around the Google limit, or better yet, figure out how [login to view URL] does it. TECHNOLOGY AND INFRASTRUCTURE I would like for the site to be created either in J2EE standards or .Net framework. I will purchase the licenses. I have access to IBM WebSphere (on NT or Linux) DB2 and other IBM enterprise software. I also have access to MS Software. FUTURE WORK After the site is completed, I would want you to add in more search engines to make it truly multi-search. THE WINNING BID WILL 1. This is what the application will be measured against. - Functionality will include a module to import in, by batch, sponsored links. These links will be shown via keyword searches.
