DNN

I wanted to try DNN.? Ran into installation problems. Need help installing it. Those who do not know what DNN is or have not worked with it, PLEASE DO NOT REPLY. ## Deliverables I downloaded the latest version of DNN. created a web site in IIS. Strated the installation. then i run in either one problem or another: 1. When i use no host name for the web site and port 8081, (i cannot use port 80 without a host name as it must work with another web site) Installation goes well and after the installation there is a home page created and it looks very good, but links LOGIN does not work. it tries to point to http://localhost/...something...? without the prot number that installation was initiated from. So the best i figured wouold be to configure it properly with a host name without having to play with port numbers (as i will eventually need for the production environmnet anyway) 2. When i use port 80 and a host name [login to view URL] (i set up DNS correctly and [login to view URL] points to the correct IP address of this server) then i run into another problem. When i try to go to the web site, the very first run supposed to run installation wizard. The forst thing it does - it pops up Windows Authentication window asking for my user name and password. When i provide user name Administrator and correct password for the server's admin account (the same that i provided when installing on port 8081 and without host name) it does not accept it and it pops up again prompting me to enter the password for "[login to view URL]".? Removing "[login to view URL]" and entering simply administrator and the passowrd does not work and it keeps popping up not accepting my servers admin's user name and password. So i just need to install it properly with a host name and then to be able to login and start using it.
