Document Imaging, Archiving, and Retrieval Software

We need Document Imaging Software similar to some of the software packages on market: FileNET, Laserfiche, Alchemy, HummingBird,or PCDocs. Application need to have windows and web client user interface. Must allow multi users (no limit), built using n-tier architecture, and for database storage MS SQL2000 (or maybe MySQL???). Must have basic document management features with version control, must support interface of proper scanners such as Kofax scanner , HP Digit Senders, Fujitsu, Ricoh, Cannon, or others that you can support. Needs to capture scanned copy and store in desired folder on network, allow users to add/update/delete comment, and to assign index on document. Must have support for all common type of files like MS Office, PDF, TIF, JPEG, PNG. Application needs to have excelent search and retrive capabilities. We are looking for someone who has developed something like this in the past (no students, no begginers). We know that some of you have already application sitting on your desk waiting to be sold. We preffer to see some demo/prototype of this kind of application (windows/web). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 2000/ Windows .NET/ Windows XP
