Importing news and publishing them in a wordpress site

We own a wordpress news website, enabling us to post news manually, and we are looking for a good coder who's able to write a code to add it to our wordpress news website. The code must be able to bring news written in arabic from external sources websites (image, title, content, category) and publish them in our website in the appropriate category and with same data (image, title content, source name). Please note that it's not about Rss feeds, but it's about writing a code or a way who's able to import those news automatically into our website. -Avoid repeating same news -Respect the categories from the site sources and when publishing into our website -make the importing of data as sson as news are published in external news website sources. -images must also be imported and published videos must also be able to be imported from some youtube channels and added automatically into the site per category. The video option is available in our site but it functions manually like the news posting. The list of website sources to use to import news from will be given to you. Please don't bid if you're not able or not sure to be able to provide the appropriate solution in a professionaly manner and methode. Amount will be milestone to the one who will deserve to work on this project and will be released once the solution is implemented and working in our site.
