Power programmer to work on a membership site

Day0: This is the day I will choose you, please get back to me promptly and add my screename to your buddy list so we can discuss. Day1: Download Snitz forum [login to view URL] or a Joomla [login to view URL] Add the forum and create all the categories. I want the forum that will give you the most flexibility. Day2: Im not sure if it would be best to use a membership script for the forum, I will need your suggestions, because I think that this can be done with raw programming. This is a membership forum but I want the individuals to get two free weeks access to the forum. However, there are a couple of constants. They must enter their contact information such name, and email which HAS to be a .edu extension, will not allow any other email address. Also, they must refer three of their friends to the website in which they will get an automatic message in a box that they can edit. Their friends email address must be an .edu extension as well. After that is complete they will get two weeks of free access to the forum, but must pay $9.99 after the two weeks expire to remain a member. The payment will be recurring through paypal. Day3: Must install some programming in the forum. WILL need a pm function, this is critical to this forum. Every time an individual gets a pm, a drop down box will come up when they log in. Day4: Also, need to enable the individuals of the forum to display their messengers which will be aim, yahoo messenger, msn messenger, and skype. Need to program the forum so that they can display it every time they make a post or not. Need to enable the forum so users can upload text files, but it must go through an anti virus scan. Day5: Go over the forum to check for glitches and to make sure everything is working properly. Upon completion is will escrow the funds in your account immediately.
