565670 Simple PHP Additions

have existing website with admin panel. Need the following additions completed: [login to view URL] function add/remove pages from website. When I create a page I should beable to add title of page and select category the page list under menu. I should also beable to insert content into the body which will have a ckeditor installed for additing content. [login to view URL] to beable to edit my users password 3. need a search function to find a user by name or email 4. need to see the last time a user logged in 5.I have a subscription function already created to bill the customer monthly, I need it to be changed where i can select to either have it bill the customer monthly, once every three months or once every 12 months 6. I have static menu buttons created. 6 in total. I need of r the first one to be available to click but the 2nd one they can not click until they have clicked and viewed the first one. Once they clicked the 2nd one the 3rd one will be available to click. same with 4,5 and finally 6. 7. I need a page where they can type their name which will insert there name into the form that is a certificate and they can they print the form with their name on the certificate. 8. I need the ability from my admin menu to mass email all registered users. I should be able to insert subject and body and the body should have a ckeditor installed. 9. There is a space between my banner ad and the main wrapper i need the space deleted and the main body wrapper brought up.
