Website Redesign

I would like to redesign my website: [login to view URL] _Issues to be addressed:_ 1. Products: Currently, our website has 1 pricing for products, but we have 28 locations throughout the US, which have different pricing for the same products. We would like the website to be able to have database tables for each store where the stores can enter their own pricing. When a customer selects a zip code for a product to be shipped to, if there's a store in that area, then the pricing for that store will appear on the screen. If there are no stores in the area, then the "standard" pricing will show up. - Specific examples of other websites who do this will be given 1a: Products: Ability to have ghost pages with products that are created specifically for customers with access to that page that have password protection 2. Locations: Currently, the locations appear dynamically when the mouse passes over a specific state. I would like to have all store locations show up below the map and still have different colors for the states where we have stores. Also, have the ability in the back end for us to input information as *opening soon* - Specific Examples of other websites who do this will be given 3. News: We wish to have a more appealing look to the graphics and text. 4. Franchise Info: We wish to have a more appealing look to the graphics and text. Create 2 additional Franchise Application Forms. 5. Back-end: A robust back end that will show statistics of how many orders were placed during the month, how many are still open, what is the average purchase price point. 6. Database: Be able to download the customer database so that it can easily be uploaded to our e-mail marketing database. New home page and product pages already designed with new look. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) We would like to see examplesof websites that you have created and what language you have used to program 5) I am looking to get the website up and running within the next 5-6 weeks. ## Platform Platforms either ASP or PHP
