Automated trade system for forex coded in MGL4 and C++

The program I want coded is an automated trade system; the trade system is to be used in the forex market. The code must be in MGL4 and C++ or Java. Coders tell me that the programming language off MGL4 and C++ is very similar, almost identical. This means that any coder, who would want to accept this job, would have to spend some time downloading demo accounts, from both metatrader and oanda, to get familiar with the different ways the program operates. I will be available to answer any question regarding the two platforms. The system is a very simple hedge, used by millions of traders every day, but since it is supposed to become a fully automated system, it has a few external values.  For anyone who doesn’t know what a hedge is, here is a short explanation. In any market, forex, stocks, futures, casinos, any “game?? where you bet money, you have a million different ways to trade/play them. But the simplest way to always get your money back is to have enough…… When you lose, you trade/bet again, but with a significant higher amount. This is very simplified, but when you’re doing that, you are hedging your position. Doesn’t matter if you do it on the track, casino, stock market or the forex market, you’re hedging your position. This is in general what I want my automated trade system to do. But this system is off course a little more complicated, because it will have to take in all the considerations the user might have, when trading manually. All these considerations are to be set prior to enabling the program ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I run Metatrader and Oanda in Windows XP, so the software must be compatible with windows xp.
