c++ development automation setup

I have a c++ COM component compiled with vc++ 2005 pro. I need someone to setup a complete system that will automate the compilation of the COM component from the command line, including unregistering of the previous version and registering the newly compiled one. In addition the system must be capable of compiling two versions, one for testing with a different object naming one for production, so the test version when compiled and registered can be verified to work properly before the actual production version is compiled and registered to replace the previous production version. I need to be able to control the entire system and all parameters from command line. I need to stress, I do not care what compiler is actually used as long as it compiles the COM component properly and possibly even optimized for my actual processor. Optionally, if possible a complete web interface for the above would also be needed, I would prefer if it's done in classic asp, but it would be acceptable done in any other language. TIA ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
