Dutching Tool with Bet Calculator

I need a standalone windows program developed which has two parts which should be switchable with tabs to occupy the same window space within the program. The program needs to start up with pre-defined X,Y co-ordinates and dimensions. One part is a Bet Calculator which works out the return and profit from a variety of bets such as accumulators, multi-line doubles, trixies etc. The other part is a Dutching Calculator which basically works out how much money needs to be put onto separate events at various prices, to ensure that the gambler reaches their target (e.g. £20 profit) as long as one of these events wins. This calculator should allow the user to specify between 2 and 10 events. If you are unfamiliar with such programs, examples can be found on the internet. It is very important however, that the coder should not copy ANY of these programs in any way, shape or form. The mathematics involved is very simple, though I would prefer the coder to work it out themselves. If a coder would like me to provide all the formulas for these programs, then please mention this in your bid offer otherwise I will assume you can work them out yourself. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Executable must run under Windows XP. Source Code / Project must be compilable under MS Visual Studio, written in C/C++.
