ebay feedback

hello this is a smallish project - I need a program that will simply login to ebay and post feedback to the users that have given me feedback.? A similar program can be found at: <[login to view URL]>? I dont want as many features - just something that will leave feedback for people that have left it for me. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
