HTML to TEXT coverter

HTML to TEXT converter program. A console program, run from the command line, use arguments. Program need convert HyperText Mark-up Language (HTML) files to plain-text(ASCII) files. When converting a HTML file the program need output the document as plain text, but preserving the marked up headings, lists, tables of the original document and turning them into suitable text formats. The text need be laid out as faithfully as possible to the original document, within the constraints of chosen page width. Conversion include: Using uppercase to create titles; respecting the paragraph and line structure of the original; respecting the list tagging on the page; parsing tables (and nested tables) and laying the text accordingly. The widths of the original table need be respected by default, but if these are not specified, program need intelligently lay out the table on the page. One of options will determine the borders that are used for tables. There are 10 predefined borders(single lines,double lines, etc) plus possible to specify own border text. Default border is 7 bit ASCII (using -|+). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
