IRC Text Box (much like in mIRC)

In C++, or other low-mid level langauge, i need a textbox made, much like that in mIRC. It must support Color Codes, as well as the bold code, underline, reverse, and normal (original) code. Also, must be able to select text, and must be made into an ActiveX project, with all nessesary calls made so they can be accessed in VB. There must be something for adding and removing words which, if the user puts their mouse over, it will change the the hand, and if double clicked, it will call something like an event. There also must be a extra code, which is in this format, chr(0) . chr(red) . chr(green) . chr(blue). The default colors for the color codes must be able to be changed, and when changed all text needs to be updated. Also, when adding text (by calling a function like AddText), there must be a default text color function, which will in the normal RGB color format). _It needs to be **FAST** and needs to be able to **scroll</>, wordwrap, and indent**._ ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows 95,98,Me,2000,XP
