new version of cd ripper dll needed

What is needed is a new version of an existing dll I have for ripping songs (converting audio songs to mp3 format). There are a few problems with the existing one that requires it. First, it needs to be COM enabled instead of a Win32 dll. Next, on the function GetTrackCount, if its ran a second time, it shows 1 song instead of how many songs there are. Enclosed is the source code for the existing dll for this. Can use the same basic technology for this. This new version needs to have 3 events. One is Finished, another is Progress; and finally Stop If the stop method is used, then after its stopped, then needs to raise that event. After a song is completed, then it needs to raise the Finished Event. As it makes progress, it needs to raise the progress event. Should show the number to represent the percentage. Should be in format ##.#### format The methods should be as follows 1. RipMP3 (Path, TrackID, DriveID, mp3_kbps) 2. StopRipping 3. GetCDDBInformation (FileName, DriveID) 4. GetTracksCount (DriveID) The driveid should start with 0 if using the first drive The GetCDDBInformation needs to come across the same format the current version does so I can get the info as needed with this. Should be done in C++ and be able to access this from any VB 6.0 application. ## Deliverables The source code and the compiled dll for the new dll for ripping songs into MP3 format.
