Transferring Content Manually from Website A to B

We have an inactive website which we would like to resurrect. In particular, the important aspect of this website that we want to restore - is the content. The formatting of the website is totally dispensable. We will provide the original website, and the new website in which we would like the old content to be placed. We no longer have the source files of the original website, so we have created a new, very simple, website to use as the new version of the site - and it also means that the content has to be restored manually by browsing through the pages and copying & pasting the information. As for the size of the original website and the actual content to be recovered, it is not a large website. It is not a product selling website either, but an information site. We would like you to see for yourself which you can do by: - visiting [login to view URL] - searching for our domain: '[login to view URL]' - clicking on the entry for December 27th 2005 We would like to achieve this ideally within a few days. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
