504001 Need New Template Confirgured With Old Website Content

I have a website that consist of about 30 pages. Most of all of it is just static, however I have a registration page that I need configured into the new website layout. PLEASE NOTE you do not need to do any graphics I already have the site designed I need the old CSS layout configured with the new Layout making it the new css file for the layout. The website includes a php drop down menu which is controlled through our custom admin section where we can add, remove categories, I need all of the code for the menu configured to fit the new layout. There is a registration form which all of the code is configured to allow us to add/remove products and categories from the registration page from the adimin section, again i just need the form to fit into the new layout. The contact us page has a contact form, again just need it to be configured into the new layout. So the objective is the entire old site should have the new layout look and navigation and function. You need to move everything around to fit the new layout. If you would like to see the old and the new please look at the attached documents. This must be completed within 24 hours of selection.
