Dining Hall Table Database

Dear Coder, I wrote a small dtabase in Access that needs a little more work, beyond my working knowledge of Access.. Please help. It's a simple one table dbase, see, there's a dining hall where each table sits 12 or 14 people. then, during our week of serving 3 meals a day the families who sit at the tables changes to the changeing arriving and departing tables. this continues for the whole summer. My database has an entry for each family, their arrival and departure dates, comments, etc. what i would like is a visual representation of the dining hall from above, with all the tables, and the ability to see the arriving families in one place and then be able to drag and drop the family name into the table and then math will compute how many seats are left at the table, as well as changing the info for where that family is sitting, so that when we print reports of who is at at given set of tables, all the right families will be listed. so can this be done in access? what will i need. thank you -aron jacobson ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
