We need a quote on making the following modifications to our astrisk server. o upgrade the astrisk server software o We will have to schedule this if it will interupe the calls comming into the center. 2 to 5 am is best CST o Add the GUI to the server and show me how to get to it. o Show me how to monitor the line/channel ussage on our incoming calls o Show me how to block one ipdid from getting to the main call center switch. o Setup call recording on all calls. o Show me how to search the recordings We Need this done in the next 2 weeks. please let me know it there are any questions.
