Application / Website for paid offers

| I need an application and a website for paid offers. The software is meant to be a viral way of making money by getting paid to complete offers and refer friends to do the same. The software application will be shared through referrals and needs to have a way of attaching a unique user number once downloaded. The referrer's unique number should be embedded into the referee's application and so on and so forth. The application will transfer info to databases of website and gather other data from the website.
