Combine and rework web sites

I need to rework [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] and include new logos and a cleaner brighter feel. I need to rework the [login to view URL] site to be the [login to view URL] site and add new us data hosting logos [login to view URL] web site needs to be reworked into the [login to view URL] site with new logos and the same feel as above all sites need to be done in the same style using the new US Data Logos A new main page needs to be designed with links to the above sites. I would consider gathering all of them into one site (maybe if will still index ok on the search engines.) I also want some room for banner ads on the right side - just a narrow strip for a couple of links. I have included a work document with some note on this main page and some of the new logo files. I need a new site done in the same style. This one will be US Data Code ([login to view URL]) to sell a cd of programming code to the public. (Just a couple of pages) The cover page need to point also to [login to view URL] and to this site <[login to view URL]> I will want a couple of other buttons as pointers also. (to be determined later) The main challenge will be designing a new look and cleaner feel and converting [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
