Directory Creation

I require a Online directory to be created that replicates/ is similar to this directory: [login to view URL] What i wish to have created is almost like a small form of CMS that allows me to add new business's, categories to put them in, and small ammounts of data on each business by logging into the admin section eg: I can login to CMS and add a category called "Website Designers" and put a client of mine into that category with a small description of the client, a logo and a link to their site, along with a place to enter keywords for that page at bottom of page and for that category to then show up on main index page. If possible i would really like the URL's to be Search Engine Friendly aswell using something like a Mod-Re-write. Eg: Standard URL: [login to view URL] I would prefer: [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Ideally would like it written in PHP and MySQL and what ever is required in that area.
