drupal-based website creation

I need some help creating a drupal web site for a real estate business. We are trying to match (loosely) www.luxuryhomes.com. with significant changes and probably not quite so many homes displayed. We only have 4-5 homes right now. The elements to consider are: 1. Same general look and feel as [login to view URL] without completely copying it. And, a lot less depth. Basically, just set it up to look like that and we'll add the content. 2. “Featured Listings?? on the front page: Each one would be a new post so that he can easily post new listings and have them show up on the front page. Would that be a category? If it’s in that category then show up there? He needs a mechanism to turn off a post (I think that’s already in Drupal, right?) 3. Most of the rest of the site would just be links to information about the community, amenities, etc. Maybe create different categories for each type of content and then define where they should show up? I have another drupal project when this one is done, too. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
