Expert in IIS Problems On A Virtual Private Server

I have a Virtual Private Server. I am having trouble with the IIS. When I go to any web page even the defalt page i just get service unavailable. I need an expert in IIS that has seen and knows excatly what is wronge. I have been to microsoft here [login to view URL] and still no go. It is a windows 2003 server only a windows firewall.
