GUI Control Needed - C#

Note: - Coders resident in Singapore are preferred for this project. - Duration of project is 2 weeks. There is a possibility of more GUI Controls needed in the future. - Exact specifications of requirements, still pertaining to the spirit of the description, will be discussed upon acceptance. I need to have a C# Winform Control as Described Below. For eg, items can be animations that repaint themselves without having entire tree to refresh. - Interactive annotations - Translucent interactive annotations can be placed around, before, after, on, floating above items - Columns - There is support for columns within the hierachical view, and coloumns can be sorted, Column lines can be hidden until mouse over, etc - Sorting - Sort by items, columns, etc - Scroll within - Scroll only within items in under an active item - Highlights - Items or part of items can be highlighted possibly specified by keywords - Multiple select - Multiple select of items within the hierachy - Improved customizability - Especially with respect to items and their relationships (eg different inter-item spacing) - Large sets - Supports large sets of items (eg 1mil) without affecting speed. Items can do lazy loading - Performance - Low memory footprint, low cpu usage, - ETC - Indentation,renaming, fonts, multiline items, multicolumn items - Development of few item classes, each with their own interactive, painting, columns, etc behaviour - Synchronizable to data backend Example: -Top level item 1 - Label, followed by an arrow, when clicked collapsed and hides all items under it --[10 pixel spacing] --Subheader Item - No interactivity, simple label, no columns [5 pixel spacing] ---FileItem 1 - Constant animation of a progress bar ---[1 pixel spacing] ---FileItem 2 - File icon, Filename, Folder, Size represented in columns. When clicked opens a file -Top level item 2 --Item 3 - Simple label, 3 floating icons Top level item 3 ... Example of additional behaviour - Top level items are always to be shown. Thus, if there are too many items, sub items will be scrolled, but Top level items will still be seen. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
