php pixel-purchase script

I need a fully original coded php script that will allow people to purchase pixels for a set amount. Similar to this script and others [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This script needs to be coded with php and a mysql backend and work on linux webservers with apache. The script must accept paypal and be automated to post new ads when paypal transactions to buy pixels have been completed via IPN. The amount per pixel, the fees and overall variables must be customizable in the admin section, and the styles must be templatized. Please use [login to view URL] to do the templatization. It must also have an admin section and be easy to set up as it is for commercial redistribution. You MUST NOT use any existing source code in the project, and you must forfeit all rights on the code once the escrow exchange has been made. Our company will have exclusive rights to the mod and sell the code thereafter. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
