Vtiger CRM Customization

Project is customization of Vtiger CRM ([login to view URL]). 1. Services are provided to customer accounts. 2. A customer falls under 1-and-only-1 district manager (DM). 3. DM falls under 1-and-only-1 district. 4. District falls under 1-and-only-1 territory. 5. Several types of services exist. Convention Invitation, Journal Subscription, etc. Need to: 1. Create maintenance & data entry panels for above where not already available. 2. Create audit logs for all modifications to data. 3. A service offering tracking module for customers: 1. A customer is offered a certain service on a certain date at a certain cost 2. DM updates status of service offered (customer accepted, rejected, cancelled, etc.) 4. Various on-line reports + graphs where applicable: 1. Services offered per customer & associated costs & totals 2. Services offered per district & associated costs & totals 3. Services offered per DM & associated costs & totals 4. Services offered per territory & associated costs & totals 5. Relevant statistics per customer, district, district manager, territory 5. For certain service types: * Top manager sends invitation requests to DMs * DMs select from specific customer list all or subset of customers they wish to provide the service to and submit to top manager. Top manager has the ability to view invitees per DM 6. Ability to extract selected information into MS Excel format for further analysis. Please provide quote for above development (including one year maintenance/support) and estimated time to deliver. Quote must consider providing a complete specification of the deliverable. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Same as Vtiger
