Web Graphic Designer(repost)

Hello, We are in need for a Graphic Designer to produce premium images for our web site; we require the bidder to first visit our current site [[login to view URL]][1]so as to understand our field; then, we require the bidder to submit a sample of his / her ability specifically within our requirements. Currently we have different images (per Categories) within the Banner; we now wish to have a small image appearing at the web page describing the page subject / category. Final output format should be in Photoshop (Photoshop 7 compatible). We will direct the bidder to several other sites to be viewed as samples. Further information will be provided directly to the bidder. To start with, we do not need a web site design or development, so please, I am asking everyone not to refer me to view any site developed or designed. What we need is very simple, on each page of our web, such as Home, About Us, Contact Us, etc.; we require a small picture to basically relate to the title of the page.
