Flash animation /TV commercial

Need a flahs or director animation expert that is able to create a similar 15 second animated movie as the example in the link below. We basically want to a news paper and websites with a big red X instead of how they have it, but everything else will be similar. We will show an outlook inbox with emails from our company with daily listings and then our logo and website at the end. Audio will not be needed just the animation.
