Need lots of quality templates.

I am starting a download section on my site and I need quality templates that can be owned by me. My budget is low on this and you must show me the templates before I buy them. MAKE SURE noone else has copyrights on these. The absolute lowest bidder with the best templates will be considered. I will make a decision very quickly. I need templates to fit just about any category website. The templates can be HTML, PHP, with partial FLASH, no full flash templates. I am also looking for good OSCommerce templates as well, if you have made templates of this nature of have some left over from other projects, I would be interested.
