Web Site Template

I am in need of a web site template. The template would need to have valid HTML and valid CSS. Here are details on what I need the design to look like: The site is animal research themed. So perhaps something techie/science based, DNA etc. Needs to be sleek and modern but yet professional to show off. Color sceme is open at this point but if changes are needed then you must be willing to work that out. Nothing bright.. Just professional looking. The purpose of the site will be informational. It will list information regarding the research that a local group does and contact information etc. I will handle the actual site but im just wanting a template to work from. Here is an example of a similar informative site I found: <[login to view URL]~ncerd/> Im not saying make a copy of that but I envision the site containing some of the same types of information. Ultimately I will make the site content management based so keep that in mind. There could be news stories posted say in the main body and perhaps on the right side have a "Latest News" or something.. Left side could have navigation. Here is one site I somewhat liked.. <[login to view URL]> Anyway this is open for you to present your best idea. ATTENTION PLEASE READ.... Bids will only be considered if they have a rough mockup. Please dont bid if you cant do it for the asking price and please dont bid if you cant and wont provide a mockup. Ive got a couple weeks on this so I can wait for you to put one together. Ill probably pick the best 2-3 designs and then send some messages to them via RAC to see what type of ideas they have for continuing their design. The better the mockup and the more original the better.. Please dont make this super boring and please dont just stick a picture of an animal on the page. Be creative. The design must also work in most versions of Netscape and IE and look decent at 800x600 and 1024x768 resolutions. Finally there is a chance for more work or even the possibility to complete the entire site. If this is the case I would be willing to post a one on one auction for you. This will be determined later. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML, CSS, Works in Most netscape and IE Browsers
